Hi, I have a 1992 Honda civic hatch. 220,000 miles. Its automatic 1.5. Lot of miles but dont burn oil runs decent when it runs. I think needs a fuel pump not sure. Somedays turn car over and it starts other times just turns over but wont start. Sometimes starts drive it shut it off wont start for a little bit then starts again. This been going on for a few months sometimes no problems other days goes on and off. So I took intake off sprayed some carb cleaner and turn it over and started then stalled did it again same thing. So I guess fuel problem if start when spray carb spray in. What you think?

First I think it is the EFI relay. Located up under the dash on the driver side. Common problem. Replace it and things should be fine. BUT to test things out, when the car is not starting, try the spark test to see if the vehicle is getting spark to the plugs. Got spark replace EFI relay if not you are looking at the ignition system.
