when my car is cold it has trouble starting, the battry will crank it but it won't start, if it is in side the grarge, it will start. Any thoughts :)

I would like you to check out the coolant temp sensor(s) and send unit, they help adjust the fuel ratio a bit higher when cold, also it could be affected by the MAF or AIS if your car is equipped.
