1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have no power to the fuel pump or injectors when I turn the key. It cranks but no spark. I've changed the distributor, main relay, and ecu. I noticed if I cross wires 7, 3, 1 going to the main relay it gives power to the pump and injectors and it starts. I've tried several main relays and none have worked. Where should I go from here? Please help!
