Thank you for responding about where the main relay is located in my 2002 Honda Civic Lx. Do these two relays have computer boards where in I can pop the casing and check the solder joints or am I way off base?

What is the problem you are encountering? The relays are normal relays with no electronic circuit boards and if bad, they would have to be replaced.

Here is a guide to help you test the relay

Next to PGM-FI relay 1 is # 2, located behind glove box.

Electrical problem
2002 Honda Civic Front Wheel Drive

I have a 2002 honda civic lx. I have been jump starting my car for a while now and because I don't have a job right now, I've been forced to try and fix it myself. When I turn my key I get nothing but a click. When I followed the sound of the click it was coming from the fuse box under the hood. To the touch the click was coming from a fuse or relay called Omron G4R-H-22 12v 0951D7 I'm not sure what that is but could that be my problem? It's not my starter or battery, both are good. Please help a poor old man and I'm sorry I can't donate any $ at this time. Thank you David

There is a starter relay, try to find one at a junk yard.

You can have the battery and alt. Tested for free at most autoparts stores.
If battery is original, then it is due to be changed.
