Brake Lights

I have a 91 honda accord ex and my brake lights some how will not go off unless I unhook the battery cable do any one know what the problem could be.

Take a look down where the pedal is on the floor. The arm of the pedal will engage a switch under the dash. Find the switch and depress it manually and see if the lights go out. Then either adjust the switch travel or replace the switch.
