The instrument panel indicator lights remain on in my '00 Honda Accord EXV6 with about 110,000 miles on it and I am not sure why or what needs to be checked/changed. I was thinking it was a relay or do I have to get a computer analysis done? Thanks

Is this a remaining on of the lights after the car is shut off? When they are left on like that does the headlight warning alarm go off? I suspect the switch. When this happens are the parking lights on as well?

It is just the instrument panel lights and they shut off when the car is turned off. The doors agar indicator, the oil, the srs, etc. They remain on as long as the car is on regardless of whether any headlights or parking lights are on. You think it is the switch or something more? THanks

By switch, I mean the starter switch. They have been a notorious problem with Hondas.
