Cluster lights not turning on?

I just purchased a 99 honda accord LX, 4 cylinder. my cluster light don`t come on.brake,abs,srs,key light,doors signals,a/c ,interior lights, all that works goog.is just at night the the clusters don`t light,either the shifter and a/c night lights. i have cheked all the fuses and are not burned. what could be the problem and location. thanks

Did you try adjusting the dimmer control on the dash?? Good luck

the dimmer control does not work either.that was the first thing i tried.is there a module or relay and where can i find it.
