Engine Performance problem
2002 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Recently installed used engine with 2k miles. Engine now won't rev up past 2000 rpms.

Does it feel like a fuel cut? Or does it just stall out because it's running so rough?

Any check engine lights? How does it idle?

It appears the injectors are cutting off, but idles smooth. The check engine light is not on.
