My 1999 accord lx runs great cold but after a few minutes it dies and will only stay running if you hold the throttle open. Also it has no power.

Was any repairs done prior to this happening?
Are there any hesitation while driving, accelerqating?
What is the minimum engine rpm to keep it running?
What have you done to try to rectify and did it make any difference?
