Hooked the battery back up after three days of being unhooked and tried to start it and nothing happens?

So, I hit a deer on the way home the other evening and broke the bumper grille and headlight and the plastic on the radiator. So, I replaced all that and got it all squared away and found a plug that goes to an impact sensor. When I hooked the battery back up after three days of being unhooked and tried to start it nothing happened other than the dome light coming on. Nothing else comes on; no horn, headlight, or anything. I have checked the fuses and they all seem to be good. Please help.

Is the battery in good shape? If so, it sounds like the IPM is bad which is common. To be sure you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00.

Here are the instructions on how to change the IPM out which is easy it-self learns there is no programming involved. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

So, I got it going there was a wire that came loose under the fuse box and while checking for broken grounds came across it. I hooked it and bam started right up. Thank you so much.
