First, I need you to confirm the fuses are good and there is power to and from them. Here is a link that shows how that is done:

Next, if there is power to and from the fuse, next check if there is power to the head lights. Here is a link that shows how to check wiring:

Now, if there is power to the lights, try replacing one of them to see if it works. I will tell you often times, one light will burn out without being noticed until the second one does. Then, no lights.
Also, take a look at picture 1. It shows the locations of the fuses for both sides.
