2000 Chevy Tahoe headlights not working

2000 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

headlights not working. The high beam work fine.I replaced headlights bulbs, the light switch and still not working. All fuse was fine I don't saw blown.

Where the relay located. All the lights only the headlights not working

Its in the engine wiring harness junction block

I check that relay and fuses on side engine I don't see any relay for headlights
