Good spark, will not fire on starting fluid

One day the truck was running fine, shut it off and wouldn’t start the following day. It has good spark and fuel up to the schrader valve (don’t have the tools to check fuel pressure) but won’t fire on its own or by spraying starting fluid in the intake.

Hello,

Can you remove a spark plug to see what they look like? Also, what does the engine sound like when cranking over? can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
