What temperature thermostat

I am installing a new thermostat in a 1992 GMC Suburban. There are 3 choices - 160, 180, 195 degrees. Which one should be used? I am changing it because I believe it is stuck open. It takes forever to heat up.

i always go with the 195. but ive ran the 180 too. could not tell any differance in operating temp in summer, but in winter the 180 was to low. temp always stayed between 160-170 in the winter.
