137000 mileage 1996 the steering wheel seems to shake more as the car goes faster along with the inside of the car just wondering what the problem may be.

Try posting in the GM section. More responces that way. Have your front end componenets checked. Bad suspension/steering components can be down right dangerous. Also check the tires, their balance, and your alignment.

Another thing to check is your tires. If one of your front end tires are seperating in the belts, it'll give your steering a real shimmy.

A seperating tire is also extremely dangerous to drive with.
