Do you have spark? How do you know the pump is good? If you have spark try spraying starter fluid into throttle body and see if it starts.

I removed the filter and turned the ignition, fuel came out. I also blew through the filter, it is not clogged. How do I check for spark?

I know this may not make sense but just because fuel comes out of fuel filter, it does not mean you have enough pressure or volume. To check spark the easiest way to do it in your driveway without the right tools is to put a spark plug into the plug wire and crank engine and see if it sparks. If it does not, remove the wire at the coil tower and crank it and then see if it sparks. Check back after you do that.
