Will start sometimes, other times completely dead, changed nauturel safety switch, ignition switch, ignition wire harness, checked wire to starter. Nothing seems to be consistent. When you ground out crank fuse it will turn over but will not get enough fuel to run.

Hello, how did you GROUND the crank fuse? Did you pull the fuse and use jumper between the fuse terminals? With the key in the crank position, is voltage present at the one of the crank fuse terminals?

Did you do any testing at the fuel pump relay? Yes, you can bypass everything just to see if the starter will crank, but, only the starter gets voltage, nothing else.
