My truck has 270,000km runs great when it is cold but as it warms up runs rough, wants to stall and upon acceleration seems like it doesnt want to go, can anyone help me?

When was the last time the oxygen sensors changed? Or Major tune-up done?

Could be a mass airflow sensor if you just replaced oxygen sensor.
