Did you test for spark? How?
How do you know there is no fuel?
Is there a throttle body fuel injection system on this engine?
Can you hear the fuel pump turn on? If not the problem may be the ground for the fuel pump (common problem). The ground is located just before the gas tank. It is connected to the frame cross member just before the tank. If not there it will be connected to the frame somewhere close to the gas tank. Follow the wire harness that leads to the fuel pump connector and you should see a black wire poking out of the harness and terminating to the frame. This is the ground. It is common for this ground to corrode, causing the fuel pump not to work. Clean this ground up real good or just recrimp a terminal connector on it and re-terminate the wire.
If it is not the ground let us know how you determined that there is no spark and no fuel.
BTW- I do not mean to question your skills but I just want to get as much info as possible--as to your trouble shooting method.
