1991 Geo Prizm Engine won't start

I've been trouble shooting this for weeks now. I'm getting compression, spark and gas but it won't turn over. Recently replaced distributor. Today I replaced the stater coil? I'm not a mechanic but the neighbors I know who are are stumped.

If you are getting spark and fuel, rotate engine to TDC#1, remove the dist. Cap. Rotor should be pointing to #1 plug wire.

How old is timing belt? What condition is it in?
