Fuse #38 "coil on plug" blows instantly when I turn the key on

This has been one good truck until a couple of weeks ago, it completely destroyed all of its timing guides and tensioners fixed, then never got it times right. Long story short I replaced the motor with a fresher one from the junk yard. Even with bad tensioners and guides the old motor kept starting until I replaced all the timing components. But as was saying replaced that one and now I'm to the point of starting the new one it now has no spark and blows number the#38 fuse 15a under the hood I've removed every plug to every sensor the injectors the ignition coil pack, the alternator anything and everything hooked up to the harness and it still blows as soon as the key turns on. Where do I start? Please help and thank you in advance.

It shows one coil not coil over plug? #38 powers the coil and there is an ignition transformer capacitor I would try to unplug along with the coil. Here is the wiring for fuse #38 in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
