Hi,
Where do you see fuel spraying? As far as the fuel not getting into the carburetor, there is a needle and seat that may be stuck shut.
You know, after I wrote the above two sentences, something clicked. This truck doesn't have a carburetor. It has a throttle body injection system (TBI). If you see fuel spraying from the injector, it should do something. If it doesn't, either you have no spark to the plugs, low compression, or we have a timing-related issue. Is it possible for you to record it cranking and upload it for me to hear?
Have you checked for spark? If not, here is a link that explains how to do it:

Let me know what you find. Also, if you have no spark, remove the spark plugs because they are likely soaked with fuel.
Let me know what you find or if you have questions.
Joe
