Have replaced fuel pump, relay and PCM. I have spark but fuel pump does not cycle when key is turned on

Check fuel pump relay our site covers it under how to repair. If relay good then check for short in wiring.

Okay, I would unplug the MAP sensor and crank the engine over to see if the fuel pump starts working. also, can you check the engine for spark, here is a video to help:

Here is the location of the sensor please let me know.
