The new connector works and fits it.

I believe it's wire wrong like you said.

Do you get battery voltage at the orange wire? (I believe you said it is connected to the gray wire.)

Also, is there continuity to ground via the black wire?

Yes, the orange wire set to be grey wire would be the 87 on the relay. All power is there even the 85 cones on for 2 seconds and stops.

Joe, what do you think I should do disconnect the fuel pump wires and only plug in the 3 wires instead of 4.

Hi,

The ground for the fuel pump is G103. It is located at the rear of the right cylinder head. That would (should) be the passenger side. I attached the schematic below.

Key off on negative 30 is on ground nothing on the others off. Key off. On positive 30 is off 87 on 86 is on 85 off. Turn key 30 is off 87 on 86 on 85 2 seconds then off.

Hi Joe, happy Friday, that's where I'm at the connector is right with grey to grey, purple to purple black to black with stripe to the same every is connected right. I'm going to open the PCM to see if it's going to be what it's supposed to be.

The power from the relay should be the gray wire. As far as what you are finding, it does sound correct.

Hi,

The van doesn't have an inertia switch. Ford uses them and not GM. On a GM, the ECM is what controls power shut down to the pump.

Joe man happy Monday well I'm going to replace the ignition coil and I've cleaned the PCM it had brake fluid in it heavy and did some soldering too repair. We need it this weekend for big family events this Sunday.

Is there anything you can think of that may help get it started?
