I started it, and it ran rough for a couple of minutes, but then started to run fine again, and I drove it to work, everything was fine. While I sat in my car waiting for work to start, it started spitting and sputtering, and then it stalled out. I let it sit, tried starting it, and it would just start then stall instantly. After a while, not start at all. I towed it home, checked the fuel pump relays, they were fine. I even replaced them just to be safe. The fuel pump wasn't turning on, so I assumed it was the fuel pump that burned up. Ordered a fuel pump, and replaced it, and same issue. Just keeps rolling over, but wont start unless I use starting fluid.

Good evening,

It sounds like a wiring issue if you replaced the pump and it still does not run.

Do you have a voltmeter to test for voltage?

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.
