My car simply died while driving at highway speed. Originally thought it was fuel pump but when I pulledspark plugs to check iginition I could smell fuel on the plugs. The spark plugs are getting spark but I checked compression on the 3 front cylinders and 2 of them have 0 compression while 1 is perfect. I was told it could be timing chain related is this a possability?

0 compression at 2 of them is already a problem even if it starts up the engine power output is unbalance. Open it up and investigate the timing chain/belt

If the timing chain broke while the car was running would that create massive vavle damage and essentually render the motor useless?
