Fuel problem

Well I am tired of looking and changed everything to my vehicle. It all started with me driving it to school, when I was on the road I completely lost power the truck stopped shut off. I had to get towed back home. I thought it was the fuel related. I changed the fuel pump, ran brand new wires that come from the fuel pump, changed the relay to the fuel pump and I let it run. Then fifteen minutes later it shuts off. When I try to turn it on the fuel pump does not respond I have to reset it again. Then the fuel pump will turn on and the truck will start. I do not know what to do anymore. Please help me.

Good morning.

Please explain how you reset it? Did you have to push the inertia switch button?

There should be no reason to push that button unless it is bad. That will not pop up unless you had and accident or the truck was towed at an extreme angle.

Check for voltage at the switch with key on. It should have power for two seconds then turn off. Then you crank it and it should have full battery power.
