Engine wont start I have replaced both fuel pumps?

I have replaced both fuel pumps but still don't get gas to the injectors. I can spray gas in the throttle body and it runs great as long as I spray gas into it. What do I try next?

If your fuel pressure is correct- and the injectors are not energizing inspect wiring-if okay test the ECU this is the one the pulses the injectors

I have seen the fuel pump relay go out on these trucks, here is the location so you can sway it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
