Okay, get a pair of vice grips and clamp off the line at the fuel rail and see what the pressure reads. The return line.

Since I changed the fuel pump this second time, it's shutting off faster.

Okay, so it is not the regulator but by doing that, it should have dead headed the pressure which means the pressure should have gone way up.
Are the plugs contaminated with fuel?

Set the meter to DC volts. You should see battery voltage for 2 seconds with the key on.
The pink/black wire is what you test.

Is that cranking or with the key on? Remember what I told you that the pump will only have power for 2 seconds with the key on.
It will go to full voltage with it cranking

Hey Roy, taking the new fuel pump off and taking back to the store, said it would take a few days to come in. Hope it fixed the problem. Ordered Delphi.

Okay, but I would still like you to test the voltage cranking when you put the new pump in.
It is hard to check the voltage at 2 seconds.

Okay, that was originally why I videoed it. To see the ups and downs progression within that time frame. I will hit you back up when I get the other one in. Probably Friday or Saturday. Have a good one and appreciate your help.
