Front end grinding noise?

When I am in reverse there is a grinding sound in the front of the truck down where the tires are.

Does the noise change when you apply the brakes? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. It sounds like a typical need of a brake job; I would remove the front wheels while raising the front of the truck up to inspect the brake pads. These guides should help you and I have included how to do the front brakes in the images below, also we have a video of the job being done as well. Go over all the guides and the video before you begin.
