Ive replaced my upper and lower ball joints on my driver side last year and the boots have already torn on both, also the outter tie rod boot ripped twice and I just installed a new centerlink about 60 days ago and that boot is already ripping. And idea what can cause the boots to wear extremely fast? I do need new shocks but would that cause the centerlink boot to rip just after 60 days? I only drive to work and back, no offroading.

i also have this metal rattling noise coming from the driveshaft it sounds like its inside the drive shaft.
i have a 2001 nissan frontier 4x4 v6 everything is stock.

The boots may not be water tight. I doubt there are grease fittings which compound the issue.
