97 taurus belt tensioner

taurus,1997,82k,3.0 not durec,.How do i remove the serpentine belt tensioner. I can't seem to get to lower mounting bolt.,i need to replace the head gasket because of water leak.

Far as I can recall it's just the one bolt in the middle of the arm, were the spring is loaded that needs to be removed...take the belt off first...
