There are a number of possible causes for no spark.
Some of them need to be eliminated. So, start here:
First, remove the distributor cap, and have a helper crank the engine. Verify that the distributor is actually turning. There have been cases of the distributor gear stripping, and causing a no-start condition.
Next, check for power at the red wire with the light green stripe. You should have battery voltage with the ignition switch in the "RUN" position.
Next, check for voltage at the black wire. This voltage should pulse during cranking. Best to use an analog voltmeter for this test.
The remaining possibilities are:
Ignition module.
PIP sensor (the piece inside the distributor).
Coil.
