I have a 94 Ford Ranger 4x4 V6 4.0 Automatic that started out about a year ago the truck would not crank when you first tried. When you turned the switch over the fuel pump would not come on, so the truck would not crank. Then if you cut the switch off an back on a couple of times the fuel pump would come on and the truck would then crank. This got more frecquent to the point that the truck will not crank at all now. I have replaced the fuel pump, relays, switch, PCM, crank sensor, positive and negative cables, and thav traced and tested the wireing. On the fuel pump relay the coil wire that goes to the PCM is open not allowing the relay to complete its circuit. If I ground it the fuel pump will run and make preasure but the truck wont fire. I havent figured a way to get the PCM to complete its circuit. Two ford techs have looked at it with me and they feel that something is not siginaling the PCM to complete its functions. No codes in the OBD. We checked all the grounds on the PCM. PCM relay is pulled in. Any sugestions. I am at the end for help. Dont know where to turn next.
Thanks
Monty
