NOTE: I had battery disconnected for a bit yesterday and have pulled and reseated every fuse in the vehicle.

Jumper as you note STI to upper right (as I am looking in the end) of the connector.

Turn key to on and check engine light flashes what seems to be 3-3---1--3-3. Dash represents relative length of the pause between numbers.

It is hard to tell if there is a first single flash because all the lights come on and off in the self-test, so it may be starting with a 1-. I cannot tell.

Did this three times with the same result.

Unfortunatly 33 or 133 are not vialbe codes. So lets go back to basics at coil check Black/Pink wire for 12v= with key on. Also put test light on Yellow/Blue crank flash or steady?

OK, raining not, will try once it dries out :)

BTW I just duplicated those codes, they may not be documented, but they are certainly "real."

Weather and time not conducive to pursuit of the problem -- I have to work outside. Will check back in when I can pursue.

I do live in Fla -- but it has been rain and chilly (mid-30 degree nights) on my days off.

I found the no-spark problem, seems to have been a bad connection at the Powertrain Control Module. I apparently goofed something up when I was pulling and pushing wires. After I found that, had another problem show up regarding timing that I fixed in an odd way, but car is tuned up running like a champ now. Thank you for your help and the information!
