I am a female and I honestly don't know the difference in oil filters. Which brand would give my car the best performance?

Wix filters are pretty good..

With Moblil 1 I like the K&Ns (i change every 3 mos or about 5K miles) but if you change your oil every 3K miles, a good ol FL1A is all you need.
