How do you change the freezeplug behind the motormount without removing the moter and how do I do that.

Loosen both engine mounts.
Jack up the engine until the affected one clears
Take off the block mounted portion so you can see the freeze plug
Punch out the old one with an old screw driver or a chisel.
Purchase a rubber universal freeze plug.
Put some permatex around the edge of the new freeze plug.
Insert in the hole and tighten the bolt to secure the freeze plug.
Carefully replace the motor mounts as they will require a little manlipulation.
Caution: Don't not jack the engine on the main front pulley. Use a 2X4 between the jack and oil pan. Put a jack stand under the oil pan with a piece of wood to prevent it punching a hole in the pan and preventing the engine from falling on your sore hands.
