1984 Ford F350 Carburator Holly 4B

After sitting for 2 days engine turns over okay but won't start unless I use carburator starter fluid.
Also has poor gas mileage about 4-5 mi. Per gal.
Back-fires upon deceleration.
Float Bowl is full
Automatic electric choke working
fuel pump is producing required volume
gas filters clear
I suspect the carb pump malfunction?

Note: I am on disability with no other income so I need some free advice thank you. Keith

Seems your in need of a carb overhaul. With poor milage and lack of accelerator pump an overhaul is needed. Kit will come with fairly good instructions would recommend a new float also.
If you go for it will help with instruction.
