1999 Ford F-250 does not start

Vehicle was involved in accident and the air bags were deployed, but in trying to start sounds like no fuel. Is there a reset to the fuel pump or is the air bag modulator preventing the truck from statring

The inertia switch, that cuts off fuel in the event of an accident, is under the right side of the dash. Push the red button down! And hope there are no leaks.
