power windows

f150 lariat xlt,short bed,1990,158,000,v8, the window on the drivers side quit going up without help,the next day the passenger side did the same thing,the motors are both running and the windows go down but need help going up someone mentioned a relay switch in the dashboard? not sure hope you can help

If it was a bad relay, you would not hear or get power to the motor! Changing the motor/regulator is most likely what you need!
