How do you remove a inner door panel from a 2002 Ford F-150?

Most new door panels are the same, so I'll give it a shot. First of all, make sure you have removed all of the screws that hold the panel on. Next use a door panel tool to pry the edges of the panel to loosen the clips. Once you get it loose, it should slide up and be completely loose. Work it around the handles etc, and disconnect all the electrical hookups.
