2000 Ford F-150 Removal of drivers door panel

Hello,

I need to remove the drivers door panel to repair the rod for the door lock. It is currently dangling in a place that it is vibrating and making me nuts! Need to pull off the window crank and then the door panel. No power windows or locks.

First try to remove the window cranks outter shell to see if there is a screw holding it in. If not grab a rag and rap it around the base of the window crank pretty tight and then give it a pull, should pop off!
