My truck has been randomly not starting and it seems if I either leave it for a while or keep messing with the ignition it'll start after a couple of hours, what can I do?

Have you checked fuel pump pressure and is the check engine light on?

The check engine light is on and I haven't checked the fuel pump pressure, but I can hear the fuel pump kick on, I'm thinking it may be a clogged fuel filter which I'm going to try today. Any more suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Try the filter. If that doesn't work, have the computer scanned. If the light is on, there is a code set that may tell you the problem. Most parts stores will do it for free. Also, after that, check pump pressure.
