My battery won't crank. I put a charge on it and it reads full. I cleaned the battery terminals and made sure to secure the cables tightly. When I reconnect the battery and turn the key it still won't start, then the battery needs a charge and I have to start over. I tried a 2 amp charge and a 10 amp charge. If I jump the car it starts right up and will run until it is shut off then won't start again. Thank you!

Sounds like the battery is junk, probably shorted internally. Be careful with it, they can explode.
