1999 Ford F-150 missing

My 1999 f150 developed a miss and the check engine light came on. Code reads a misfire in the number 3 cylinder. Replaced coil pack, wires and plugs with no improvement. I'm stumped. PLEASE HELP!

INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET !

Remove spark plug and check for antifreeze
very common on the 6 cylinder for the intake gasket to fail causing small antifreeze to leak into the piston (a reason for a misfire )
and if so you should take care of it as soon as possible or engine damage will occur
