While I was driving my truck I noticed that the clutch pedal began getting stiff and hard to push in. A short time later I heard the throw out bearing begin to squeal. Now I can hear the squealing everytime that I start it and the pedal is still hard to push in. Any ideas.

No it never stops. It kind of acts like there is pressure on it all the time. Like somethings not letting the fluid come back to the master cylinder.

Check the hoses from the master cylender to the slave and make sure nothing is damaged. Rubber hoses will sometimes go bad and allow fluid one direction and then not let it return.
