My truck just stopped cracking. It has never give me any trouble cranking and when I got in it today it just clicks. Would it be starter, solenoid switch or starter relay you think?

Go get a starter either new or have one rebuilt. Now to make shure have a friend get into the truck make shure that you trust them with your life cause you need to get a hammer and crawl under the truck and hit the starter on the side while they try to turn the engine. If it starts or the engine moves a little bit then replace the starter. In park chock the wheels be careful.

Ive seen this problem before, that clickin noise is the starter solenoid not engaging, in other words u need a new starter solenoid, second before u put on the new solenoid inspect the starter to make sure the solenoid didnt cause any probs to tear up the starter. When I had to fix mine it was the solenoid, I started it and drove down the road and turned around and come back home, pulled in and shut it off, when to start it and all it did was click, looked at my starter and the gear had been worn down cause the solenoid did not disengage and it tore the starter all up, so I bought a new starter and tried to start it again, but all it did was click so I bout a new solenoid and it fired right up, have a good day
