Replace my heater core I have a good Idea

How do I replace my heater core I have a good idea, but my main question is, is there antifreeze in the heater core?

Heater Core:
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1.Drain cooling system.
2.Disconnect heater hoses from heater core tubes in engine compartment and plug hoses.
3.Remove glove compartment for easier access.
4.Move the Rear Antilock Module out of the way.
5.Disconnect vacuum source, then leave the vacuum harness attached to the heater core cover.
6.Remove the heater control cable from the cover using tool D91T-18532-A.

7.Remove the screws attaching heater core access cover to plenum chamber assembly in passenger compartment, then remove access cover.
8.Remove heater core and seal out of plenum chamber assembly.
9.Reverse procedure to install.
