1987 Ford F-150 Electrical Problem

My '87 F150 has a 5.0 V6 with 160,000 miles and a manual 4-speed. While sitting at a light, my truck stopped running and everything shut off - lights, radio, etc. I have checked the alternator, battery, starter, and solenoid and they are all fine. I replaced the ignition switch, but it did not help. I do not have power to anything in the truck, it is like I don't even have a battery in it. From what I have found, I think it is the ignition module, but would like to get an experts opinion.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and God Bless!

Shameless,

Thank you for your reply and advice. Could you give me a little more details on how to check to see if I get power by installing a jumper? I am not sure where to hook up the jumper. Also, what can I do to check my neutral safety switch?

Thanks again!
