2007 Ford Explorer Radiator

I was wonder if you could tell what could of caused my radiator to develope mutiple leaks at 48,000 miles, and yes I had to replace it. I didn't feel like it would do much good to repair such a damage radiator.I had a complete flush done at 30,000 miles. With no problems. They sure don't make them like they use to. Most of the leaks where at the top some in the middle.
